Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
My name is Lauren, and this little corner of the internet is where I share our journey of slow living, handmade goods, and life in our cottage tucked away in the countryside. What started as a quiet dream—a home filled with sunlight, the scent of herbs, and the sound of little feet padding across creaky floors—has grown into something beautiful I never expected: a small business rooted in care, intention, and nature.
Our cottage isn’t grand or glossy. It’s well-worn in the best way, full of mismatched chairs, baskets of yarn, and shelves lined with mason jars and handmade soap. It’s the place where I raise my children, tend the garden, fold laundry by the fire, and stir up batches of soap and body oil at the kitchen counter. It’s also the heart of our shop.
🧺 About the Shop
This little shop was born out of two things: a love for crafting useful things by hand, and a desire to return to simpler rhythms. I began by making soap for our own family—gentle bars made from nourishing oils, pure essential oils, and natural colorants. Then came body oils, hair care, and even laundry soap—everyday essentials that feel like a quiet ritual instead of a chore.
Each product is made in small batches, right here at the cottage, using ingredients I trust and scents inspired by the natural world around us: rosemary from the herb patch, lavender drying by the window, peppermint for crisp linens. My hope is that these items bring a bit of calm and care to your home, too.
